MARION – The Marion Police Department released the following information on Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024.

Drake Taylor, 20, of Marion was arrested for Reckless Driving and Squealing/Screeching Tires in the 700 block of Court Street on Oct. 23, 2024.

Autumn Weir, 20, of Herrin was arrested for Possession of Methanphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the area of South Market Street on Oct. 25, 2024.

Brent Odum, 31, of Johnston City was arrested for Possession of Cannabis by Driver in the area of South Market Street on Oct. 25, 2024.

Eric Elston, 42, of Christopher was arrested for Retail Theft, Obstructing Identification and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at Walmart on Oct. 28, 2024.

Emery Eubanks, 27, of Sesser was arrested for Retail Theft in the 2600 block of The Hill Avenue on Oct. 29, 2024.
